What is biorhythm?

Biorhythm is the idea that three cycles — physical (23 days), emotional (28 days) and intellectual (33 days) — rise and fall regularly from your birth date. Each value is a deterministic sine of the days since birth; the day a curve crosses zero is called a "caution day".
